The world of wine at 7103 Petit Celler

Welcome to the official blog of 7103 Petit Celler from Santa Maria del Camí, Mallorca!

In this blog you will periodically find news and offers about our winery and our products and we are glad you found us.

Our story begins in 2013, when Sebastià Ordines and Pep Cànaves, after completing their studies in agricultural sciences, decided to turn their dream of having their own winery into reality - starting in their grandfather's garage and now in their own winery in the cradle of Mallorcan wine. Since then, we have worked hard and focused on making wines of the highest quality that reflect the unique flavors and character of our region. Then, in 2016, Miguel Puigrós joined as sommelier and commercial director and has been increasingly successful marketing our wine creations and taking them to the world.

Our lands now extend over more than 20 hectares in the municipality of Santa Maria del Camí and its surroundings. The soils are mainly chalky and clayey, known for producing wines of exceptional expressiveness and complexity. Here we grow mainly native varieties such as Mantonegro and Callet, but also others such as Giró Ros, Gorgollassa and Syrah.

Our wines are made exclusively from grapes harvested by hand and processed in the traditional way. We use gentle winemaking methods to preserve the aroma and character of the grapes and to develop the full potential of each vintage. To achieve this, they are aged in French and American oak barrels, among others, to achieve a unique balance of fruit and oak.

Our goal is to produce wines of the highest quality that reflect the beauty and character of our region and are based on what our land and nature provide.

Therefore, we invite everyone to visit us at the winery, taste our wines and experience what we at 7103 Petit Celler have to offer.

We look forward to your ideas, suggestions and questions and we are always at your disposal.

Sincerely Sebastià, Pep, Miguel & Fabi
