100% Giró Ros

A young, sweet white wine with intense aromas reminiscent of ripe yellow fruits like peach and nuts, made exclusively with the Mallorcan variety Giró Ros

Hand-harvested from the winery’s own Giró Ros vineyards. The grapes are then passed over a sorting table, where strict quality control is carried out. Gentle crushing and destemming follow. The must undergoes maceration and fermentation with the skins for 15 days at 16 °C to preserve the varietal aromas. The grape clusters are gently pressed at low pressures using a pneumatic press. Fermentation then continues in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures of around 16 °C for approximately 15 more days. Giró Ros lends the wine ripe yellow fruit aromas as well as great volume on the palate.
