OUR VINEYARDS

TYPES OF SOIL

The agricultural holding consists of a whole series of very diverse vineyards and very different lands that together make up our agricultural landscape.

Vineyards of complex ages between 0 and 60 years and native varieties , typical of the island of Mallorca, such as Mantonegro, Premsal Blanc, Giró Ros, Callet and Fogoneu, are what distinguish our wines.

The different types of soil are those that make up the blends of our single-varietal wines .

'Call Vermell' and Red Clays

A clay soil, reddish in color, usually mixed with gravel, typically formed from the erosion of limestone rocks. It is a very dry soil with little water retention capacity.

TYPES OF vines

Our vines grow in the Pla de Mallorca, an agricultural area deeply rooted in Mallorca's winemaking tradition. The soil, the Mediterranean climate, and the island's natural rhythm shape the character of each plot, resulting in grapes with their own unique identity .

We work exclusively with native varieties , respecting the balance of the vineyard and accompanying the vine throughout the entire cycle, with artisanal viticulture that values the land as the origin of everything we do.
