NEGRE JOVE

100% Mantonegro

A young red wine that showcases the primary red fruit characters of the Mantonegro variety. It also features mineral notes from our vineyards, which have soils rich in 'call vermell' (ferric oxide).

Manual harvest. Table selection, bunch by bunch, where the quality of the grapes is monitored. Fermentation follows at temperatures between 23 and 25°C, avoiding over-maceration to extract the primary red fruit aromas of the Mantonegro.
