100% Mantonegro

A young, fresh, and balanced rosé with aromas of red fruit, such as strawberry, and subtle dairy notes, made primarily from the Mallorcan Mantonegro variety.

Hand-harvested from our own vineyards, with cluster-by-cluster selection at the winery, choosing the rosier grapes of this variety. The Mantonegro is gently pressed to obtain a delicate color and pleasant fresh red fruit aromas. It is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at 14–16°C for approximately 20 days.​
