TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Before using the services of 7103 Petit Celler it is important that you read, understand and accept our terms and conditions. 7103 Petit Celler reserves the right to modify or change our terms and conditions at any time, but as these changes occur, we will make it known to the general public.

Reservation Deposit

 

  • For all of our own experiences and events, we may require a 20% non-refundable reservation deposit payable by bank transfer or credit card in euros. Confirmation of your reservation will only be given after the deposit payment has been received (if applicable). The deposit will be deducted from the total reservation fee.

  • When paying for a deposit by bank transfer, please include your full name.

  • If a reservation deposit or advance payment is not made, any reservation request may be canceled.

 

Payments

 

  • Final payments will be required for any of our experiences just before the experience begins. These payments can be made in cash, or with a credit or debit card. If you prefer to pay in advance by bank transfer, please allow time for us to receive the cash, as we cannot continue with your reservation until payment has been received.

  • If you need a commercial invoice for any reservation, please let us know and inform us of the following information: name and full address of the company, name of the responsible person in the company, NIE number, contact information.

 

Aftercare

 

  • After any experience or event that you have booked through us, we may contact you to ensure that you were satisfied with the service received.

  • We will retain certain personal information so that we can keep in touch with you.

  • However, if you prefer to have your personal information removed from our system at any time, please contact us.

  • You can find more information about our privacy policy on our website.

 

Cancellation by the client

 

  • If you wish to cancel a reservation you have made through us, please contact us as soon as possible. If the cancellation is less than 48 hours we reserve the right to withhold the payment of the deposit.

  • We strongly recommend that you take out personal travel or vacation cancellation insurance to cover any eventualities related to this.

  • Notice of cancellation must be received in writing.

 

Cancellation by 7103 Petit Celler

 

  • If we have to cancel your experience or event before the start, the fees you have paid will be refunded in full, including the deposit payment.

  • 7103 Petit Celler is not responsible for any additional costs as a result of a cancellation.

  • Again, we recommend that you take out personal travel or vacation cancellation insurance to cover any eventualities related to this.

  • If an event or experience has to be postponed due to weather or for any other reason beyond our control, we will endeavor to reschedule the reservation for another mutually agreed upon date.

 

Delay or inability for the experience to continue

 

  • If you are delayed for any reason before the start of your reservation, you must inform 7103 Petit Celler as soon as possible, preferably in writing.

  • If it is not possible to contact us by email, please call Miquel immediately on 0034 640 691 553 and inform him of the delay.

  • It will then be at the discretion of 7103 Petit Celler to decide whether it is possible to continue with your reservation or not.

  • If we have to cancel the reservation due to its delay, we reserve the right to withhold payment of your deposit.

  • It will also be at the discretion of 7103 Petit Celler to decide whether it is possible to reschedule your reservation if its delay means that we have to postpone the experience or event.

 

Health Policy

 

  • We ask you to notify us of any allergies or intolerances you may have that may affect certain parts of your reservation, that is, especially when it comes to certain types of food.

  • 7103 Petit Celler is not responsible for any illness that occurs as a result of not providing the necessary information.

  • Individuals should be responsible for carrying their personal medications with them as needed.

 

Disclaimer of Liability

 

  • 7103 Petit Celler is not responsible for any illness, accident or injury that occurs as a result of your use of our third-party providers, that is, any third-party food-related reservation requests.

  • If you need more information about our responsibilities to third parties, please contact us in writing.

  • 7103 Petit Celler has liability insurance to cover our own experiences and events and if you book an experience with us, it is imperative that you fully understand our terms and conditions as set out in this document.

  • We strongly recommend you check that your personal travel or vacation insurance covers you against food poisoning, etc.

 

Force Majeure

 

  • 7103 Petit Celler will not be responsible for any expenses incurred due to force majeure, extreme force of nature, weather conditions, strikes, acts of government, war or any other circumstance beyond our control.

 

Alcohol

 

  • 7103 Petit Celler is not responsible for any illness, accident or injury that occurs as a result of your excessive alcohol consumption. Our wine tasting experiences are designed in such a way that people can either drink the wine they taste or spit it out.

  • Our wine tasting experiences are only suitable for people over 18 years of age.

  • You are strongly advised not to drink and drive as it is illegal.

 

Negligence

 

  • 7103 Petit Celler is not liable for damages that may occur as a result of your own negligence or irresponsible behavior, in particular when using external providers. Any damage that occurs in this case must be addressed between you and the external provider.

  • If you behave in a reckless or negligent manner during one of our experiences or events, we have the right to stop the experience or event from continuing and you will not be entitled to a refund.

  • If you damage or break something during one of our experiences or events that directly affects the facilities or the reputation of 7103 Petit Celler, you will be held responsible. It will be at the discretion of 7103 Petit Celler to decide whether any additional charges are necessary as a result of damage or breakage.

 

Complaints

 

  • Any complaints must be made aware to 7103 Petit Celler at the time your issue arises. If the complaint cannot be resolved immediately, you must send us a formal complaint in writing so that we can address and collect further information as necessary.

 

Personal Insurance

 

  • It is strongly recommended that you obtain insurance against possible illness, accident or injury, loss of personal effects, breakage or damage, cancellation or reduction, interruption or delay of your trip, or any other reason that may be considered appropriate for the activities that you participate in and for your own personal well-being.

 

General Insurance

 

  • While 7103 Petit Celler has full liability insurance, you must also ensure that you are fully covered against personal injury and cancellation.

 

Photographs used in promotional material

 

  • You agree that 7103 Petit Celler may use any photographs taken during your experience or event, that may include you, for promotional purposes. Photographs of minors will never be taken without prior permission.
