D.O.: Vi de la Terra de Mallorca

Grape varieties: 100% Giró Ros

Alcoholic degree: 13,5%

Shelf life in years: 6-8

Production: 3.000 bottles 0.75 L and 100 Magnum

Aged white wine, dry and with delicate aromas reminiscent of ripe fruit and toast, made exclusively with the Mallorcan variety Giró Ros.

Manual harvesting of Giró Ros own vineyards. Subsequent passage of the grapes through a selection table where a strict quality control is carried out. Gentle pressing of the clusters at low pressures in a pneumatic press to avoid oxidation. Fermentation in 500-liter French oak barrels and in ovoid tanks with micro-oxygenation at a controlled temperature of approximately 16°C for about 30 days. Subsequently it rests for 6 months in the barrel with its fine lees. The Giró ros gives the wine ripe aromas of yellow fruit, as well as great unctuousness in the mouth.

Color: Golden yellow color. Clean and bright.

Aroma: Aromas of yellow fruit such as peach and hints of pastries and subtle toasted wood.

Taste:  Sweet entry in the mouth that leads to a voluminous and lively passage through the mouth. Very long finish where we remember the toasted wood.

Pairing: Ideal to enjoy with a good meal. White fish and rice or white meats.
