Gentle pressing of the bunches at low pressure, in a pneumatic press, to avoid oxidation. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature of approximately 16ºC, for about 30 days, to preserve the freshness of the aromas. The Premsal brings fresh aromas of citrus and white fruit to the wine, as well as a great delicacy to the palate.
