Very young, fresh white wine with delicate aromas reminiscent of citrus and white fruit, made with the Mallorcan variety Premsal Blanc. It is the first white wine of the year to be released in Mallorca.

 

WINEMAKING

Manual harvesting of Premsal Blanc own vineyards. Subsequent passage of the grapes through a selection table where a strict quality control is carried out. Gentle pressing of the clusters at low pressures in a pneumatic press to avoid oxidation. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures of approximately 16°C for about 30 days to preserve the freshness of the aromas. The Premsal gives the wine fresh aromas of citrus and white fruit, as well as great delicacy on the palate.

 

TASTING NOTES

Color: Straw yellow color. Clean and bright.

Aroma: The classic Premsal aromas of apples and pears.

Taste: Very fresh and lively entry that leads to a very light palate with a bitter touch. Delicate finish with a touch of carbon dioxide that gives it life.

Pairing: Ideal to enjoy as an aperitif or alone with good friends.
