TE DIC COSES

Vermouth from Mallorca

Grape varieties: 100% Premsal Blanc

Alcoholic degree: 15%

Production: 1.000 bottles 0.75 L

This classic vermouth has Mallorcan characteristics and is created using the native Premsal grape from the vineyards of 7103 Petit Celler.  The grapes are macerated for months with 19 different botanicals selected by La Vermutera.

WINEMAKING

This wine is made with Premsal Blanc grapes from 7103's own vineyards.  After the first winter, the herbal formula of red vermouth is added, resulting in a vermouth base that will rest and refine for a few months, before being bottled.

TASTING NOTES

Color: This vermouth is light brown in colour.

Aroma: It is aromatically intense and very pleasant, with hints of sweet herbs such as Star Anise, Marialuisa, Quina and Angelica.  This vermouth has equal parts of balance and complexity.

Taste: On the palate it is elegant, unctuous, fine and round.  It has a slight sweetness and a bitterness is also perceived, as well as a refined, citric final touch that gives it freshness and a splendid aftertaste that makes it very sweet.

Pairing: Ideal to enjoy alone or with an aperitif on the terrace.
